Saltie and Pierre Pea are supporting characters in VeggieTales.
BIOGRAPHY
Two french pea brothers, Saltie and Pierre are French-accented peas of Tampa Bay city who came from France, and speak in unusual French accents. that marks their appearances in the very first fresh 3D animated video series, "The Rainbow Buddies: All Stories in One"
They first debut appears in the beginning of "The Lopez Bros. in the City” fishing for a land lobster.
APPEARANCE
Saltie is a dark green pea with black beady eyes and a orange nose with a similar French-style mustache Jean Claude had from Going Up! and gained a thin unibrow.
Pierre is a bright green pea who has eyes with pupils and has a red nose with a mustache similar to Mr. Lunt. He also gained cartoony-type eyes and eyebrows.

FUN FACTS
- Ever since the VeggieTales were revamped nearly half a year ago (and almost two years since we were given a rough idea of how some of the characters would look through the covers of the Super Comics book series), the designs for Jean Claude & Phillipe (along with Archie) are the only ones that still haven't grown on me due to how out there they are and plays up their stereotype way too much for my liking.
- This drawing represents how I would've wanted their redesign to be handled which outside of the color of their noses and the lack of facial hair (and in Phillipe's case, a rather hideous unibrow) is mostly the same as their actual current look.
